Welcome to PBSI
In March of 2007, John brought his experience in
operations, training, and procedure writing to the
ethanol industry, when he joined Delta-T’s Technical
Services department. He was instrumental in
revamping Delta-T’s initial operator training
program into the best initial operator training
program in the ethanol industry. He used his
experience, as a professional trainer, to conduct
several ethanol plant initial operator classes and a
“train the trainer” program with very high customer
satisfaction ratings. He also used his procedure
writing/administration experience to facilitate the
development of ethanol plant SOPs.
In May of 2010 John started his own company, PBSI,
to continue providing his expertise in training and
procedure development to the ethanol and nuclear
power industries. Now he is providing these
training
materials to your company to train your employees in
the processes and procedures related to the ethanol
industry.
